I am forever grateful to be a patient at this clinic and of Dr. Goldis Mitra. She is attentive, empathetic and thorough, always following through with any concern, regardless of severity. The staff are all incredibly patient and kind. Even though the clinic is busy, they never fail to call me back and help to resolve any issues they can help with.

I recently had a migraine, missed my appointment and couldn't get the prescription for my medication. Not only did they call me the next day to check up but they fit me in for an appointment that day so I didn't have to wait to get my medication.

This clinic is a beacon of light amongst the dark and dreary landscape of the family practice clinics. My only wish is I could give more than 5 stars. Thank you!

Dr Lee is the best Dr I’ve ever had. I have to agree with another review here that any negative reviews for this office are more criticisms on the overwhelm on our medical system and should be directed elsewhere. I’ve never had better patient care anywhere else and I think this office may be extra busy with appointments because they actually listen to their patients and don’t brush off any health concerns. I always get follow up appointments to address concerns and referrals for any specialists I need. I’ve never felt more heard or believed by a doctor.

Been going here for a long time (over 5 years) and would never recommend, I’ve been trying to look for a new doctor for half this time. They never call or email back when they say they will, you have to book simple appointments (even just call appointments) at least a month in advance and that’s if you’re lucky you might find a time that works for you. And even when you do get an appointment they will call and cancel it last minute. I’ve been left stretching my medication more than once because I could get a hold of my doctor for a refill.

I’ve been with Dr Bazilli, then with Dr segal, and now Dr Bayfield. I have a long and complicated medical history and now my wife does as well. On top of this we have 3. Beautiful kids who have also been seen by these wonderful people. This medical group has been nothing short of amazing. I feel like the negative reviews of this place are a better reflection of the medical system, shortages and inflation forcing people out, the few doctors who have stayed to serve the north shore have been working tirelessly to keep up there simply aren’t enough and we shouldn’t punish the people who are actually showing up.

Absolutely nothing but positive things to say about these wonderful people, I have been a patient of Bazilli’s since I was a child. One of the absolute kindest souls on the planet.

Dr Segal is a brilliant man and a fantastic physician, I have only positive things to say about his work ethic and commitment to his patients.

Dr. Bayfield is amazing, clever, smart kind passionate about her craft.

You couldn’t ask to have better people in your corner

These doctors chose to specialize in family medicine, something that is chosen primarily because they are passionate about it and I don’t think we should punish them for carrying a load that should honestly be tackled by twice as many physicians. They have my full support and that’s the end of it.
