This is a great pharmacy very caring and always informative, a fast and competent team. The virtual Dr ability can be helpful but not completely reliable, most use this ability because they have no family Dr so when I call for something like lorazepam I get told no, even though checking with my prescription file can clearly see I do not abuse my medication as 28 pills last me over 2 months. I have high end panic disorder so when I do need them it is crucial I have them to avoid a rush to emergency. In BC an addict on the streets can get there safe supply drugs and go overdose every other day if they like. But someone who is completely capable of strictly maintaining there prescription can't get the care they need for disability that can have them in the hospital several days a week without the right line of care. For this I am very disappointed in the ability the virtual Drs have through this virtual clinic.

Very rude. My father passed away. I stopped in to drop off his unused prescriptions. The girl (a tall drink of sour milk) grabbed a bag and threw it at me, to put the pills in. So I emptied the bottles, not the blister packs into the bag, put the empty pill bottles in the bag as well (because I'm not going to carry around empty pill bottles), then I left. They tried calling me back, but I kept walking.
You want respect, try respecting your customers too.

Always friendly, very professional and reasonably fast service each visit! Good parking too 🙂
Not sure why they charge more for certain identical drugs though than the other Kamloops IDA on Tranquille. If I go here for generic T1s they are $31. If I go to the IDA two blocks up the road, the same bottle/amount is $23.

The pharmacy saved me when my doctor forgot about me... Now, my doctor forgetting about me has screwed up my prescription pickup. I know it's not the pharmacy fault. Almost screwed up 8 years clean. This pharmacy also has allot of new people working there. So try and be patient.

Terrific pharmacy with very friendly staff. Quick prescriptions and they treat you like family. And if you can't go in to get your meds you can get them delivered to your home or office they have a sweet girl delivery driver and she gets to u pretty quickly. At home or delivery u get wonderful people helping you.
