This is my doctors' office and they have amazing Practitioners, Assistants and Service! The lady at reception is always so kind and really cares about trying to fit you in even with the long wait times. Practitioners are booking out really far, but they always provide great care. I don't know why there are so many negative reviews, I've had nothing but good experiences with them.

After signing up for a doctor at this clinic. I tried to book an appointment for my high blood pressure and diabetes. I also have an upper endoscopy scheduled next month. I have been informed by an extremely rude receptionist that I’ve been dropped from the clinic. Still cannot secure a dr. I need to book blood work and have nowhere for my test results to be sent. Just a struggle now. Thank you for considering my health when you dropped me.

Awful service. For years have had them as my only choice for health care service providers. Problems with simple prescriptions not being sent or filled, referrals not followed up, NP's not having the tests for which the appointment was made, promised call backs not happening .... and if you question such issues, zero validation and blame deflection so it won't change.

Not a public Interior Health doctors office. Even the answering machine says they are Interior Health,google says they are a walk in clinic, false advertising, private doctor's office not available to the public. You offer no Primary Care whatsoever and need to remove it out of your business name you are using a Interior Health designation for your care centre, blatantly false advertising. Don't go here, because you'll never get in.

I have been to many doctors clinics and I have to say Melody at the front desk reception is amazing! She is very thorough and very very good at her job ! Hands down amazing front desk work ! Good doctor as well !

Unbelievably rude and racist receptionist. I work in healthcare as well and call so many medical clinics but the receptionist here was the worst. It's sad this kind of person works in healthcare taking care of patients.

Awful service here. When I absolutely needed an in person appointment due to heart issue, was told doctor would phone me back in 10 days! Unacceptable!
