So, so grateful to Jennifer Scott for all her support and guidance, especially through the tough times, when I felt hopeless and thought nothing could work to improve my knee function after knee replacement surgery. Jennifer worked with me from week 2 and always can find a right approach with exercise or manual therapy. Her touch is so healing and at the end of each session magically knee starts to bend and straiten more and my hopes are renewed.
I also found front desk team very helpful and welcoming.

First time visit was EXCELLENT.
Reception was very good.
Rob Ogloff was the Physio and he was great. Very knowledgable and answered all of my questions. Tested my flexibility, wrist injury, gave me exercises to do. Everything when smoothly and timely, don't know if it could have been any better.

I’ve been a long-time client but recent experiences have left me very disappointed. There was confusion regarding my decision to discontinue services due to ICBC's new user fees, and I wasn’t informed about the reassessment requirement until it was too late.

Additionally, several appointments were canceled due to system glitches. This was proven when I had booked an appointment for the same day and the system cancelled it. I had explained to the staff that the system doesn't allow patients to cancel appointments within 24 hours of an appointment, and despite explaining that, the receptionist and office manager still accused me of cancelling it. I've never had such poor customer service before.

The lack of communication and poor customer service has been very disappointing. I hope the clinic addresses these issues to avoid further frustration for its clients. I will be looking for another clinic.
