I’ve been a patient at this clinic for some time now and have always appreciated the high standard of care and professionalism provided by the entire medical team. I contacted the clinic today, and once again, I was deeply impressed by the exceptional service.

A special thank you to Monika, the Medical Office Assistant in this Clinic. She listened to my concern with patience, attention, and genuine empathy. Her calm, professional manner and prompt assistance gave me a great sense of reassurance and trust in the clinic. This quality is incredibly important, as patients often have a special need for empathy and attentiveness. Monika consistently demonstrates this with outstanding respect and care, which truly helps patients feel heard and at ease.

I am so confused by the negative reviews, perhaps they have the wrong office. I have been a patient of Dr. Sanez for over 5 years now and I have been unfailingly impressed with her and the staff at this clinic. They have been, without exception, exceedingly helpful, kind, courteous and I am so grateful to have them as part of my health care team.

The office manager is very rude, aggressive and unethical.
I remained calm the entire conversation and repeatedly asked her to please let me speak and not yell over me.
I was yelled at over the phone for a mistake the front desk staff made.
They do not care about their patients.
Please train your front desk team on how to treat patients with dignity and respect, very disappointed in this disgusting treatment.
Hope this does not happen to anyone else and I hope the front desk staff/office manager learn from this and lead with empathy and love in the future 🙏

I don't know what i would do without my Doctors , Doctor Noosheen Mohajerani and her staff are so kind and thoughtful , when my Doctor of 23 yrs retired I was so heartbroken and scared as I have many complex chronic illnesses .
I have been with this clinic for over 10 yrs , I feel safe , listened to , respected and cared for .

Worst doctors and receptionist in North van. 1-2 month wait time to just have a phone call. These drs are getting too greedy with having so many patients that they can’t even give proper time or care.

I can’t say enough positive things about North Shore Medical Clinic. From the moment you walk in, the staff are incredibly welcoming and helpful. They truly go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and ensure all your questions and concerns are addressed.

Dr. Mahshid Gharedaghi is exceptional! She is not only knowledgeable and thorough but also incredibly patient and understanding. She genuinely listens and provides thoughtful, individualized care. After my car accidents, she went above and beyond to help me. Her support and expertise were instrumental in my recovery, and I will always be grateful for her compassionate care.

The other physicians at the clinic are also fantastic. They are equally helpful, approachable, and committed to providing excellent care. No matter who you see, you can be confident you’re in good hands.

The one who's working at the front desk(picking up the phone) is extremely rude. She should learn how to speak nicely to the customer, not by yelling. I don't know how she does to the people who speak same language as she does, but as another immigrant in Canada, you should know how to interact with people by using proper form of language. Very sad. But other than this, all medical crews are phenomenal.

Dr. Arash Golbazi is the best family doctor we could ever have! He is incredibly attentive and takes the time to listen to all our concerns without ever making us feel rushed. He explains everything clearly, and his attention to detail and thorough approach give us complete confidence that we’re receiving the best possible care. Dr. Golbazi is always compassionate, respectful, knowledgeable, and reassuring. It’s rare to find a doctor who truly makes you feel like family and whom you trust wholeheartedly.
