So rare to find a walk in clinic these days that you can actually book an appointment online for. Doctor Pooyan has been ON TIME and very helpful and thorough when me and my kids have seen him. The facility is calm and clean. Definitely our new go-to clinic.

I wrote this review because I’ve been feed up with the awful receptionists that work here. Dr. Pooyan is a very kind person himself nothing against him. His receptionist however I’ve had issues with me calling 17 times and they chose not to answer. When they’re booking system changed to waking up on the same day at 7 AM I come to find out that their phones were ringing and answering however, today specifically I went and my room door was open and I overheard the receptionist talking so awfully about a patient to the receptionist for the other doctor (which she is just rude as can be, she turned into an angel as soon as she sees the doctor walk by). The receptionist were talking very rudely and gave patients your information zero help with anything that they needed

Lack of communication between the rotating receptionists - I have been following up about a referral to an allergist for weeks and feel like I have to repeat my story every time I call them, but receive no solid answer. Also just very rude behaviour from one of the receptionists for no apparent reason. I understand that GPs in BC are under a lot of pressure because of an overwhelm of patients and inadequate compensation, but please train your staff to have some empathy towards patients.

A brand new clean tidy walk in clinic in neighborhood. Lots of parking and friendly staff. Facility is welcoming and has pharmacy inside which makes it convinced.
The doctor was caring and listening to your concerns and not enforcing his opinion. Nice kept room and reasonable waiting time.
Nowadays it's hard to find in person visit.

Really nice, modern location. Dr. Pooyan is a very professional, friendly and attentive doctor. He always makes time for me when I come and see him. Ella, the pharmist is so very professional, friendly and helpful. She is always so attentive. Call and order your refills in advance is an option too. The washrooms are clean and wheelchair accessible. Lots of parking available.

This medical office had an excessive wait to see a doctor, and once in, the doctor kept leaving and coming back. Waited 1 hour past our appointment time (morning time, not end of day), and once in to see the doctor, 30+ minutes additional wait. Wondering if they are managing multiple patients at the same time? Who knows…won’t go back here.

Been trying to book an appt for 2 weeks. Right at 7 am and it always says fully booked. This is not a walk in clinic. Just because of that bullshit. I will no longer be getting medication from the pharmacy.
