I have been going to this clinic for over 10 years, i have only dealt with my one doctor though have talked to others here. All the staff are very polite non judgmental and very profecional. You are treated with repect and like an equal human being unlike some other clinics ive been too. I wouldnt change clinics from here even if i moved out of vancouver. Thanks royal oak clinic please keep doing what your doing it works.

I've been a patient at Royal Oak Clinic for too many years to count and I still love everything about it! The staff and the doctors, especially Dr. John Hunter, my Doctor, are all wonderful. I'll stay with this clinic for my Opioid agonist therapy forever if possible.

The people that work here are so helpful and patient. They've helped me change my life around and put me back into a positive place in my life. They are polite and genuinely care about patients and make things as less stressful as they possibly can. Nadine at the front desk is such a sweet woman. This clinic absolutely changed my life. As someone who is introverted and hates new places and new people and also embarrassed of my addiction these nurses and doctors made the experience so manageable and I never felt awkward or intimidated or not listened too. The front desk staff are wonderful kind hearted people. Although it’s just a job I imagine some of them truly enjoy. Being able to help those in need and see the positive changes. The doctors are great too, I see doctor Wortman and hes the best. Not only got me off drugs and stable on methadone but also helped me with other issues I imagine he didn’t have too. He is a very good man. If your thinking about getting sober or your on methadone/subs then visit this clinic!

I switched from a most dilapidated and most judgmental place, to this place and my soul became free, I was suffocating and this place was a breath of fresh air. And now the staff and doc is like a family to me now. It’s been over 5 years now. Amazing compassionate, kind and professional staff. A great team of staff who care enough to help you for addiction treatment. I highly recommend this place to anyone who needs help.

I could write a story about this place on how amazing the staff is here and what they have done for me, there not only friends of mine now , I consider them family. I suggest anyone that is on methadone. Too come too royal oak clinic . They are so amazing and vary nice staff and doctor's. There isn't a methadone clinic like royal oak they are the best methadone clinic in the lower Maineland!!!!
