Clean, well organized, fun to treasure hunt. Helpful, kind, volunteer staff... occasional a little local drama, but usually wonderful 🙂. Very well priced items, so they move stuff quickly. It doesn't have a chance to sit around and get dusty. Chances are, if you see things you like, and wait for later, the things will be gone, and replaced with new things. Much of the money raised goes to provide for South Okanagan General Hospital. I feel great donating here, as it is a good cause, that helps the community. Sometimes, you may have to save items, to give, and make an appointment to give later, because they get so much! People come out with bags of treasures though. This thrift store is doing so well, they are expanding with new construction! Can't say enough good. Thank you to all the volunteers and hired staff. You are fantastic. Prices are usually not negotiable, but who needs to, when you can take your pocket change and score?

Inexpensive and many good things to find if you like thrift store shopping. I can no longer wear my pierced earrings... My ears blow up because of a reaction to the metal. They have clip on earrings. As well as work jeans for 3 dollars. Plus seasonal stuff. Small store. Blankets, sheets, clothing and a really good selection of small dog items too.

Friendly volunteers, good for elderly or kids. I'm 32 and there wasn't much of my style but I did manage to find a nice pair of Lulu Lemon pants and my boyfriend got a pretty much brand new pair of sketchers shoes for only $6!!!

I love this shop, you never know what treasures you'll find. Got a great linen skirt. On my last 2 visits I also bought some house plants.

Not very big, but the stuff is inexpensive the staff friendly lots of parking space. Get there early though, it's a popular place and the goodies get sold as fast as they come in.

Dropped off a few bags of mixed clothes and because the bags were ripped, I was very rudely, Glared at and one elderly volunteer snapped to not come back. I have been donating to thrift stores for over 20yrs and never have I ever dealt with such ungreatful ladies. All items were completely washed....not all folded but washed and in good shape. My family will no longer donate to this charitable organization.
FYI I have shopped their many times and have been donating for over 10yrs to the Oliver Thrift Shop. Im just dissapointed with the two ladies there, that sadly are representing their thirft shop at this time.

Awfull. the women there are more worry for keeping everything in place than actually helping people I won't take my donations there or stop in that shop again 😠 so disappointing because is a hospital thrift shop .where I am come from the ladys are awesome and the store make tons of money, no wonder these store was empty.
