I have never encountered such an unprofessional and rude receptionist in my entire life. When I called the clinic recently, I was met with a dismissive attitude and condescending behavior that left me genuinely shocked. As the first point of contact for a medical facility, professionalism and courtesy should be a given. I sincerely hope management is aware of how poorly this reflects on the clinic as a whole. This experience was deeply disappointing and completely unacceptable..

Dr. Olsen is an amazing doctor. She has been my doctor for 18 years and delivered both my children. She is always kind, welcoming and says the right things when I need it. If you are lucky enough to be accepted as one of her patients - congratulations!

Told my wife that she was going to die, based on pure speculation due to a disagreement on personal health choices. No evidence supporting that my wife is in danger of immediate death due to health. Just pure fear-mongering. I've also experienced fear-mongering before with this same doctor.
