We recently rented a balloon arch from One Up Party, and had a great experience! The balloon arch looked amazing, and added a fun, festive vibe to our venue in Downtown Vancouver. We received so many compliments on it!

The One Up Party staff was extremely professional and even accommodated our request for an early setup time to ensure everything was ready for our early-morning event. They were very friendly and made the whole process easy. Thank you again for the excellent service. We'll definitely use One Up Party for all our future events!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! The worst company I've ever dealt with - Look at all the 1 star reviews here! They ruined my party and they dont give a damn, which is common from past reviews. This is not an isolated incident. Check out the reviews for yourself. Don't risk it. Not for your important occasion! DONT CHANCE IT! Best be safe than sorry!!

The service from start to finish was horrible. They charge 40$ for an Uber driver to pick up your balloons and deliver. Our order was $400 and the balloons deflated before my party - called and asked for them to help fix it before my party and they couldn't care less. Said they would talk to management and call me back - never got a call back! TI called the following morning and they accused me of berating their staff which I most certainly did not, that is not my style. They refused let me soeak to a manager and refuse to fix it. They do not care about the service they provide. Instead of wanting to be apart of creating happy memories for their customers, they give you Rude unprofessional service and really BAD QUALITY balloons!

And just look at the reviews and the salty responses the company gives to bad reviews. It's just a horrible company and with confidence I can see them going out of business because it will soon catch up to them.
Lots of other balloons suppliers around. Don't give your hard earned money to this terrible one! Give it to one that cares!!!

Now I'll just wait for the salty reply they will give to justify yet again more terrible service.

I ordered welcome baby balloon worth $70 for my niece and within 8 hours of picking up it got deflated. When I called them about this, they said nothing can be done about it as there is 24 hour policy. But I mentioned that it's only 10 hours from the time of pick up. So they said they gonna talk to management and let me know. But what, I never got any call back. Also my girlfriend called them about the situation and they blocked her number from future purchases. To be honest, its one of the most unprofessional and shitty service I ever got in my life.
It was shameful for me to present my newly born niece with deflated balloon and got no help from this unprofessional company.
Just ruined mine and my family day and also wasted my girlfriend's time.
Don't waste your time to give your business to these unprofessional people that never reach out to you in time of need.

Great service! I ordered online - and I even called a day later to change the colour of the balloon bouquets - and it was all perfectly done. Very efficient experience.

Alas, if only I'd read the reviews before ordering. The gold number deflated the evening of the delivery, the other 2 were within 48 hrs. I'm used to dollar store balloons lasting longer. $100 down the drain. When I mentioned I was given these as "solutions": 1. bring in the balloon for inspection, and if it passed I'd get a new one and 2. "cut off" the falling ones so they don't weigh down the others.'Nuff said.

One Up has very good customer service and they have all the balloons that you may want for your any event. They have everything that you need so don’t hesitate to go to One Up and get your party successful it’s a very good place. I really really really recommend, it was my first time there and my experience was very very beautiful. the moment I stepped in the lady helpedme to make better choices. if you find jam, the better jam really gave me good service. She gave recommendations and she was able to put everything together for me and she will give you good advice not to take the balloons on the day before your party which I think it’s very important information that other balloon places don’t do so I encourage you. It’s located on Fraser view off of Kingway.
