If I could give 6 stars, I would. Optimum has been a complete blessing to our family during some very challenging years! Katie cared for my Mom's feet with great skill and so much kindness during her last months, and the whole Optimum Team has been amazing in going above and beyond to help care for my Dad's increasingly complex needs. They offer quality care, compassion, and peace of mind. I'm beyond grateful and wholeheartedly recommend Optimum!

Optimum Home Care provides just that, Optimum Home Care.
Whether you are getting help with medicine administration, personal hygiene care, fixing meals or any of the myriad of things that need doing around the house Optimum is there to make sure that things are taken care of and you have no worries. Optimum looked after our dad, who had suffered a stroke 6 years ago, for two years. Dad may have had a stroke but nothing gets by him and he keeps a sharp eye to make sure everything he wants done is done. He had his favourites but overall he was very happy with the care he received including administering medicines, preparing meals, cleaning the house, and bathing assistance. Without the care of Pieter, Katie and their staff dad would not have been able to remain in his house as he wanted for so long. Our thanks to Optimum Home Care for a job well done!

I had the pleasure of working with this company and I have nothing be great things to say. They're very client focused and go above and beyond their services. I felt that my mother who needed care after surgery was in great hands when I had to go to work. They were able to accommodate for 8 hours a day for three full weeks and had the same consistent customer service and care the entire time.

The owners of this business have been very understanding and accommodating to myself and my grandmother with care and transportation for her. They are so flexible and have answered all my questions and multiple emails very promptly and kindly. I would highly recommend their services to anyone look for senior care. I cannot say thank you enough!
