I had the Aviclear treatment done at Orchid Medical and I love the results! Dr. Naidu and her staff are very friendly and do an amazing job at making you feel comfortable. They listen to your concerns and do their best to accommodate to your needs. I also love that they follow up with you post treatment to make sure your healing is on the right track. I have noticed such a big improvement in my acne and the texture of my skin. And there was no down time whatsoever! I am looking forward to seeing how my skin continues to clear up over the next few months!

Dr. Naidu has been my daughter and my GP for over two years.

First visit and after scheduled appointment time still waiting for 20 min and still counting. The front desk says they have no idea how long I’m supposed to be waiting. And they have no idea of how this will waste people’s time. If a patient is late/missed appt they charge you 50bucks. If a doctor is late how much am I going to charge her? Understanding doctor might be busy taking care of the last patient and it's all good but the way their customer service front desk talk to you and their tone "You wait, you take it or leave it" reflects how arrogant they are to their potential clients/patients. Dr. finally came out and said "it's a mutual understanding looking for mutual fit" but one apparent thing is that this clinic lacks basic respect for humans in the first place, let alone any "mutual thing". Because there’s no one feel any way bad about having a patient waiting this long.
