My son and I have always had absolute top notch health services from this health centre. The nurses are all wonderful and kind. The nurse practitioner that we have is extremely supportive and she takes our health matters seriously. She provides knowledgeable advice and is available when we need an appointment. I’m thankful that my son and I get to receive such good supportive services.

Everyone who works here is absolutely wonderful. They’re kind, comforting, understanding, and incredibly professional. If ever I do need to come back again, I know I’ll be in good hands.

Looks like the low star rating is more to do with the bureaucracy of healthcare and not the people and services they are able to provide, which is unfortunate. Big thanks to our healthcare professionals!

This is not a walk in clinic. I tried to go to the clinic today and the front desk clerks said it has not operated as a community health centre for 3 yrs but Horizon health records still list it as one.

I don't know why the negativity of the reviews as I have had nothing but the best service there. Mind you I didn't call to make an appointment as my doctor set it up for me. The one that takes care of me is nothing but top notch each time I go there and sadly, I have had to go many times so far.
Shout out to Gabrielle for her extra care and friendly demeanor.

Despite the horizon network saying this is a walk in clinic servicing Oromocto, Geary, Gagarin and Tracy — this is not a walk in clinic, but a family practice and no, they are not taking new patients

went in with abdominal pain, they sent me to Minto cause apparently they can't handle that kind of condition. after driving to Minto I was informed I just needed a simple blood test every clinic offers. I dont go to the doctors often but the whole situation seems wrong, and they weren't even busy.

Awful service model, you can only phone to make an appointment but they don't answer the phone when you call. Called no less than 20 times between 730am(when they open) and 740am. Also you can't even call just to ask a question, it just keeps giving you the "sorry we're full and won't answer the phone" message
