Oh, I was in so much pain! I thought I wanted a chiropractor but none were available and I was encouraged to see a physiotherapist. I met Kay-Ann who politely, courteously and professionally greeted me. I expressed my reservations as I had previous experiences which yielded very low results. Kay-Ann very quickly dispelled my anxiety and reservations. In her work she demonstrated competence such that it became quickly apparent to me that fantastic results were being achieved. I actually could move again! I am so grateful to Kay-Ann for the work she did to give me back my movement and really good suggestions as to going forward. I am now hours removed from her work and still am experiencing success. I also wish to express appreciation to the front end staff who complimented the successful experience I had with Kay-Ann. Today was my first time meeting a male massage therapist. Mr. Martel was very friendly and welcoming and made me feel quite comfortable. I thoroughly enjoyed the session with him. My back pained has eased up tremendously. Mr.Martel also recommended some stretches I can do at home when my back starts to hurt. The staff were also very warm and friendly.
