Staff at OPS need to ensure drug addicts DO NOT loiter and use drugs outside the building on the sidewalks. OPS needs to take responsibility and accountability for keeping the neighbourhood clean and safe for all residents of the neighbourhood, not just for drug addicts who come use their services. Sarah needs to encourage the addicts use the services INSIDE the building and not do drugs outside, out front of all the businesses and residential apartments up and down the blocks surrounding OPS. OPS lures addicts to the neighbourhood and the organization needs to take better responsibility for them, and not let them shoot up on the sidewalks and collapse all over the neighbourhood.

It's a must use if you are a drug user. Never lost a life. Kind and caring staff. Non judgemental. Will assist with all needs, counselling, support, housing, safe and clean supplies. Volunteer opportunities. Whatever the issue is the staff will work hard to help to find solution or direct you to other resources. Remarkable staff. 5 stars

This place saves lives everyday.. staff are decent as long as you have your valuables put away safely out of site. People do take things from people that have O.D'D staff included

This is not a good place to get club drugs tested. Also it's quite filthy here and doesn't seem to be a very sanitary, comfortable place for IV drugs users.
