A great doctors office that is free of judgement and is excellent at working with their patients. They also give out clothing donations, food donations, hygiene products, and supplies for harm reduction. A clean place with washrooms and water and coffee machine in the waiting area. Doctors for OAT/addictions, counselling, daycare, and more.

Drs nurses and services deserve 5 stars. Good waiting room with coffe/hot chocolate machine.
Update: Parking lot layout gets 2 stars. Poorly designed. Covered parking area is awkward. Also there is an elevator if you can find it.

I have had horrible luck with doctors and medical staff in general, I'm anxious and have a healthy distrust of most places. However the PCFSA is entirely different, the staff is warm and welcoming, they treat you like a person, there's LGBTQIA+ safe space posters, information about safe consumption, period products in the bathroom. it's just a clean, safe environment and the doctors and staff here are just wonderful. it's truly a nice change compared to what I'm use to dealing with!

Very nice doctors and staff. That said this place is brand new, i dont think reception phone has ever been "answered" during opening hours. Wait 2hrs - 30hrs for a call back seems to be how this place operates. Also for a new doctor it seems hard to get a reasonably timed appointment. Nice service when you can get through / in.
