Very good service! Owen was able to diagnose and figure out my air problem by doing old school mechanic work. Fixing the problem instead of just replacing the part. Nice to see that type of troubleshooting as it got me back one the road instead of waiting what could have been a week for parts.

Wow the best service ever! Our Motorhome had a serious engine code warning on our three month trip headed to Alaska. We drove straight to Pacific Truck in Houston BC. And I was hoping they could hook the RV Cummins engine up for diagnostics and then we would need to stop our trip until they might be able to repair our Motorhome. Instead they got us right into a bay and Owen started diagnosing and repairing our Motorhome. The part was not in stock as it was an unusual item and Owen made temporary repairs so we could camp overnight close by. They had the correct part shipped in by 8 AM the next day and Owen immediately started repairs and even updated our ECM since the computer was hooked up. An hour and a half later we were headed North to Alaska continuing our trip. The labor was less than I expected but of course the part cost was high like most parts these days. I wish the star rating went higher than Five as this is the best service I have ever had at any repair facility. The entire staff were super friendly and even recommended some great fishing locations when I mentioned I was a fly fisherman. Thank you Owen and everyone at Pacific Truck you are amazing!

****Upper Deck Transport Inc.***** My driver required service for frozen filters while on the road. The fellows at he shop were extremely helpful, friendly and fast. They had him off and running in just over an hour. Thank you for the fast and professional work!!! You truly live up to your mission statement. Good Job!!!

Super helpful and squeezed me in on a moment's notice. That was part luck but the level of excellence is on par with other Peterbilt locations. Was out before I expected as well. Top notch!

Stopped by around lunch time on April 2, 2019. Headlight on passenger side was not working on my 2006 Pete. Service guy said mechanics were out for lunch, but would have someone look at it when they got back. After checking wires, they found that there was a fuse out, and they replaced it at no charge. This is old fashioned service! Thank you!

Traveling through with the family during our move to Washington. Truck broke down. Power steering line had a bad leak. Sean Delege and his crew fixed it up and had us back on the road in no time. Mrs. Lisa Tymkow even hooked my kids up with some Peterbilt merchandise. Great people and great service. Thanks so much for everything y’all did for us.

If I could erase the one star I would. Tried to buy a truck from these guys they said no deposit was needed and they would call me when it was ready. Two days later I was told the truck was no longer for sale. What I was not told is they had sold the truck to someone else. they will not pick up or return my phone calls. If you want to run a 5 star business start by not lying.
