I've been with Dr. Armstrong for a few years and I love her! Because of my work schedule I booked my pap smear with the new doctor Dr. Maytham. I have to say, she was on time and took the time to find out about me. That's what every doctor should do! She was friendly, punctual, not rushed. I felt heard and that she genuinely cared for me. Thank you to Dr.Armstrong for bringing on this doc!

I love Dr. Leanne Armstrong! I’ve been with her for several years now and she always takes time to listen and ask questions to get to the root of any problem I’m having. She’s very personable and I leave her office feeling heard and cared for.

We have been going here for years about my wife's medical difficulties.
It has always taken pressure to convince Dr Armstrong to run tests, despite the persistence of serious symptoms.
She has often brushed off my wifes symptoms as insignificant and flippantly suggested taking birth control instead of investigating the real problem (which had nothing to do with menses).
This week, she had an appointment by phone scheduled and the DR did not show up. after waiting around we ran some errands and while we were out, the DR called 2 hours after her scheduled appointment time. We missed the call and then received an email that she'd been dropped as a client.
It's a little frustrating but good riddance, it would be hard to find a doctor who cares less about us than this one.

When our doctor left the clinic we were left without any support. I called to get some information regarding our medical history and ask for some medical advice since they would have all of our records on file and the receptionist was not understanding or compassionate and did not try to help at all. It is already so challenging to find a family doctor in Kelowna so to be left with no support immediately after our doctor left the practice was surprising.

This is such a waste of time. Don't bother calling the staff are unhelpful and they are not accepting new patients.... I am desperate to get a health care for my partner. We both have been on the waitlist for a doctor for years and nothing. I guess there is only a percentage of Canadians that get healthcare and this place will just waste you’re time.

I feel very supported and taken care of by Dr. Leanne Armstrong. I always feel like she cares about me as a person and doesn't dismiss any of my concerns. The rest of the staff are incredibly kind and efficient. Bonus there is a coffee station and there are usually dogs there.

They don't respect your time for phone appointments. Lets you wait for 2-3 hrs every single time. Dr. Armstrong, you should respect our time as we respect yours
