Don't bother wasting your time with this place. There's no doctor, they can't prescribe anything. They can give some limited vaccines but nothing much more. They will tell you information you can find out easily yourself. It's scammy and done in a very confusing way. Save your time and money. She was all over trying to explain things and very difficult to understand especially with face mask on too.

The health professional was very knowledgeable and gave us great advice explaining the pros and cons of the various vaccines. Definitely worth the effort and feeling reassured that we are now well protected for our travels to Thailand in January 2025.

This is a great location, free 1 hr parking on Lonsdale. Jennifer the Nurse/Consultant is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and explains everything in great detail. She encouraged me to take notes which I did. I will definitely recommend this clinic to friends and family and heard about this clinic from a friend! I will definitely continue to use this travel clinic!

Great experience all around. Booking an appointment and filling out medical forms online was straightforward. The nurse I spoke with gave sound, tailored advice specific to my destination and was very friendly. Was great to see the transparency where they provided realistic advice on the shots that were realistically unnecessary and free outside alternatives to paid shots that they offered. Shots were painless. 1 star deducted as they were unable to prescribe anything for malaria and I understand other clinics can.
