After calling when it is supposed to be open at 4:30 p.m. and waiting on hold for 45 minutes, I finally hung up. Our healthcare is truly in crisis as even if you call right when the place opens, you still can't get in to see a doctor. No wonder the hospital emergencies are full of non-emergency walk in clinic appointments.

The staff are all incredibly kind and we’re very knowledgeable. One staff member specifically was amazing, Lexi. She was super helpful throughout the whole process. She made me feel very comfortable and she clearly knew what she was doing.

Hi, my name is Nadia T and I saw NP jordan at peninsula hospital today for a Pap test appointment . If you are a woman you know that this is a simple quick appointment but yet sensitive . People generally think just because women have the gift and ability of give birth to a baby , naturally we should have a high pain tolerance too specially for something as basic as yearly Pap test . Well... Not the case for everyone . These appointments may seems very basic but still brings lots of stress and anxiety for some of us .we do our best to try to tolerate the discomfort and get it over with just because it has to be done. From my own past personal experience in other clinics it has literally never been easy to go through these appointments but today, Jordan proved me wrong. Oh my goodness . She was super friendly and understanding .she has such a gentle hands and believe me when I say that I did not feel a thing .While it was not my first time getting this test done but She still walked me through every step during the test. She is kind and caring . I just wanted to let her know that I appreciate her patience and passion .she made me feel very comfortable and stress free. I would never go anywhere else ever again.
