Ive been coming to this Pharmasave as its closer to wherw I live and the people have always been friendly and helpful. Until today. I had things to pick up at the pharmacy, that were to be ready yesterday, but I said I would pick up today. They were not ready and the woman that was working behind the counter was not helpful and not answering my questions and didnt seem to undetstand what was going on. The guy that said he could have them done in 15 minutes, she then said or half an hour or come back tomorrow. I would have waited the 15 if I didnt have to deal with her and her low key rudeness and lack of understanding.

I had a frustrating experience with one of the pharmacists a few days ago. My two year old daughter was prescribed antibiotics for an ear infection, and my mother-in-law picked them up on our behalf. When I paid for them over the phone, I asked the pharmacist to include an information booklet with instructions, side effects, etc. When the meds arrived, there was no information booklet. No problem, I decided to just call the pharmacy.

The man I spoke with couldn't have been less helpful. When I said this was her first time taking antibiotics, he told me I was mistaken and that they must have been prescribed to her at some point. He seemed unwilling to provide any information beyond that, instead suggesting I come in and pick up the information package I had requested over the phone. Since we live 45 minutes away and have two small children, this wasn't really feasible.

Getting any further information out of him was like pulling teeth. I had to very specifically ask what to look for in terms of an allergic reaction and what side effects we might expect. His tone was condescending and rude throughout. He couldn't wait to get off the call, which lasted a total of 2 minutes. What a strange way to treat your customers.

I have followed Blaine from Pharmasave to Rexall and back again. I have never met a more knowledgeable pharmacist who is so friendly and eager to help clients (and as I work in a hospital, I have met many pharmacists). The store is clean, well-organized and all other staff members are super helpful. I have been going to this location of Pharmasave for about 10 years now and have never left disappointed. Thank you to everyone who works there for putting your best foot forward each day and for helping others with all of the small (and big) things you do 🙂

I have nothing but good things to say about this Pharmasave and my pharmacist Blaine. I had no idea that I was not getting the proper counseling until I started coming to this Pharmasave and dealing with Blaine. He goes above and beyond what the average pharmacist does, and he is so incredibly kind while doing so. I will tell every one and any one willing to listen to go to the admirals pharmasave, not only for the pharmacy, but also the front staff. They are all very friendly and willing to help when needed, and I never feel like I am a nuisance when asking any questions. It truly feels like I am part of a community shopping here and I can not say enough good things about it.

In the past I have always had a great experience at this pharmacy but when I went to have medication compounded there for the fourth year in a row I was told by the owner that unless I purchased the medication there they would not compound it for me. Not even “I’m sorry our policy has changed” or anything else. I contacted another Pharmasave and they are happy to do it for me!!

I've had great experiences at this pharmacy. Fast, friendly and professional service each time, especially from Chris and Mal. With so many pharmacies out there that make you feel like you are bothering the pharmacist to ask a question it was refreshing to come to this one and experience the opposite.

Blaine and all the staff at this Pharmasave are fantastic. My elderly parents get prescriptions filled here and they always provide service that is above and beyond.

Pharmasave has helped me obtain all my walking aids. Then when I needed to use a wheelchair they got me for me. Plus they are still very friendly and still willing to do everything for their public.
