Had to get an antibiotic prescription refilled; Dr had to fax request to pharmacy. Again, they immediately completed the prescription and phoned me right away; so appreciative. They are the best!

I just recently switched over to this pharmacy and they are so efficient, very friendly, welcoming, and thoughtful!

I had dropped off a prescription this morning (around 1130) and was told they didn't have it in stock (which was totally OK) and that they would do their best to get it in for me as soon as possible by calling other stores. I thought I'd just pick it up tomorrow, but instead received a call letting me know that they had it by 2 pm! (I was blown away because I've had to constantly call other pharmacies to get them to get my prescription filled - sometimes it took them days!)

What struck me most is that they knew who I was without even needing to look me up in their system when I dropped it off. Talk about a community pharmacy that makes you feel like you matter.

Really appreciate you all, and thank you for making my life so much easier!

Love this new little Pharmasave snuggled into the heart of Stongs Market in North Vancouver! Spoke to Helia who was incredible and helped me through a complicated compounding pharmacy request. . which was ready so quickly! Such kind and amazing staff - really appreciated all of Helia's help!
