Our family had not heard of Pine Grove in Kamloops until our loved one was sent there from hospital as an interim care facility. We have had our loved one there for three weeks. We are thrilled with the care our loved one is receiving at this facility. The staff are what matter, the garden is sweet and lovely, the location convenient, and the food amazing. We are so thrilled with everything so far and feel that our loved one is in the best place. We are so fortunate. Thank you Pine Grove you are doing an excellent service to so many, and we are so blessed to have you all as a part of our lives. Unsung heroes work here 🙂 you are terrific and we appreciate you all so much!

To Deb and all of her wonderful staff. Thank you from Lillian W. children for taking care of our mom for the past 3.5 years. You are a blessing on this earth. I am sure there were times when it was not easy, especially during the pandemic. Mom was happy living in your home and she loved having a roommate. The Nurse's Station was phenomenal, staff always pleasant and informative. The meals were more than acceptable. There was never a shortage of activities for the residents to attend. Wish we had had more time to spent in the lovely
garden area.
Thank you again to a really great team for all your kindness and hard work.

The care at Pine Grove for our loved one was super awesome and far none . The staff were very caring, treated our loved one with respect, went above and beyond to make her stay very comfortable. Answered the families questions or concerns with honesty , involved the family in her care . She enjoyed all the visits and chats with staff if the stopped by , she loved her baths with bubbles and all the pampering she received . The staff were very helpful and always welcomed us on our frequents visits with our loved one .I would recommend Pine Grove for care for any family or friends needing in the future .

The Pinegrove staff genuinely care for the patients and their families. It is self evident when I visit my mother. I feel confident to leave Mom after a visit that she will be looked after well.
