I had a wonderful experience with Plum from start to finish. With my first born I was in the care of my medical doctor and had a scary experience with PPH after birth. The midwives at Plum took my concerns and anxiety about birth very seriously and communicated clearly to me their plan, as well as consulted an OBGYN. Sabrina delivered my second daughter in July 2023 and my birth experience this time went smoothly. I felt supported and heard every step of the way! Side note: Sabrina inserted my IUD postpartum and I barely felt a thing! I have had two IUDs previously that were painful and very tricky to insert; I had to be referred to an OBGYN to insert one in the past.

We received star service from these amazing ladies!!!!! Throughout the whole experience, right up to birthing day and beyond they did and said everything right to make us feel supported and taken care of. I went with my wife to every appointment and I was looked in the eye and I felt like I was important and part of. I couldn’t imagine not contacting them again for our next babies or baby, yes we had twins!

I called about a question regarding some irregularities on my blood work, ordered from a naturopath in unrelated and previous appointments. She didn't listen to what I had to say, she tried to give me medical advice without consulting the midwives first- told me it was "not critical" ( and only after I persisted did she ask), and made me even more uncomfortable after when she was condescending about the prenatal care offered from Plum. My naturopath is not my prenatal care doctor or my GP and is not advising me about my pregnancy, she repeatedly told me to seek my answers from him. I won't be continuing with plum.
