Well visiting from out of town my mother‘s hearing when hearing aid was not quite working ,we thought it might need to be cleaned. we called the office at 9 AM for shortly after receptionist was very very accommodating and informed me I’d be a $15 charge for the cleaning and we could just walk in anytime. You may not make an appointment as it turned out the receiver wire had become disconnected due to wear and tear and the audiologist I believe her name is Sharon fix it no charge ! Mom can hear once more thank you Powell River hearing. Great service highly recommend

Shannon was very professional and thorough and I would highly recommend her services. She explained all the possible options for hearing aids with knowledge and with no pressure in my choice of hearing aids. I have had them now for two weeks and am very pleased with the results.
