This is third time I've seen all reviews deleted. I've never left one before, but did note that there were fairly critical reviews wiped each time, as well as reviews that mentioned that reviews had been deleted before. To see this happen repeatedly is concerning. If reviews being deleted is somehow not the clinic's fault, it would be best for them to address the reviewers with eye brows raised at this happening, with a response to their comments. I've not seen this.

My experience with care here has been a mix. The wait times are generally quite reasonable. I'm grateful to have GP access somewhere in town, but the continuity and reliability of care have left a lot to be desired. The clinic is best suited to very simple issues (which I guess is common to walk-in clinics, but obviously a bit of a concern/challenge when it's the only place in town outside the ER to go when in need).

Seems like there is a pretty heavy reliance on residents.

Great doctors clinic .
I can’t believe they have such bad reviews!
One of the best doctor I have been to and by far the best doctor I’ve been to since moving to Canada .
I went as a walk in patient and was seen straight away and the doctor was really friendly and helpful and caring .
Highly recommend this place !

Incompetent reception staff. Wife checked in informing staff she wasn't able to see her family Dr. They told her no problem have a seat and wait to be seen by the dr. Then an hour and a half later she is told they won't see anyone with their own family Dr and she should leave.. absolutely unacceptable and shameful incompetence.
Will be filing a complaint with the CPSO for whatever it's worth.

Took 3 year old daughter in for scheduled appointment and was there waiting for almost 2hrs after my appoiment just to be seen for 5 mins, all for the dr to not do anything. Had to go to emergency to get her looked at.

Go to this clinic you won't be disappointed.
The staff is great and the doctors are friendly as well as efficient.

Clinic is the only place to go since our Doctor left BC. The staff here have always been professional to us. Be aware; however, they open at 10 am not 9 am. As per sign on door of clinic, picture of sign here.
