Jass and Mona are the absolute best at what they do and they provide the best service.

Always a very clean, professional and comfortable experience coming by, and I’ve been going to them for years now on a bi-weekly basis.
I’ve been getting my eyebrows threaded for over a decade, and only trust Jass and Mona and their expertise.
I’ve never trusted anyone with my eyebrows as much as I do with them.

This place is usually a hit or miss for me. It usually takes me 3 to 4 times of passing by the store to finally make up my mind to take their service. I tried their service again the other day with a new person I havent had done service from and Suman did a good job with my eyebrow threading as I only always just want a clean up and still keep my brows thick. She did just that and I am very satisfied with it.

I used to come all the time to get my eyebrows done and they did a great job. But today when I came in to get it done again i walked out with my left brow super skinny and my right brow thicker. We have agreed before starting that we are just cleaning it up and keeping the shape of it. I get my brows done to boost my self confidence and now I will be hiding at home until it grows up. Very disappointed and will never come back.

Love this place! Monica is amazing at threading and waxing! I’ve gone many times, but one time I decided to go to Diva Brow Bar instead and they horribly screwed up the width and shape of my eyebrows. So I went to Monica at Premier and she promptly fixed my eyebrows and made them perfect again. Truly an honour and very talented. Thank you, Monica! Only place I go now! Very friendly and professional.

Since moving to Coquitlam almost 3 years ago, I had been looking for a place to get my eyebrows threaded and I found it. It is usually quick to get in, I find all the employees do a good job on my brows and it’s an easy location to get to. Definitely recommend them!

Probably the worst place ever .. I don’t know what was wrong with me to go get a lash lift here , for a lash lift that didn’t work at all , and they charges the whole price for basically irritating my skin and burning my eyes. ( I told her multiple times that my eyes were extremely uncomfortable and burning and she just kept pushing the “ product” she was using into my eyes!! And blame it on me said I opened my eyes….. my girl my eyes were closed tight and yall don’t even tape down peoples bottom lashes while doing the service and poking my eyes out with the sharpe object , and still blame it on your customers?) When the issue was brought up and the lady blame it on my lashes. Oh I also forgot to mention they basically brunt my skin and eyes so bad , currently I’m in the emergency room writing this as my entire eyes are swollen up & my skin is extremely irritated.
Long story short, I paid to get my eyes and skin messed up 😃
