There is a hidden fee !!! of $200 injection fee. When I got my Botox done , even though I asked the price couple times with a couple calls . They have never mentioned about their injection fee but after I got it done and went to the front , it was a huge surprising .
So disappointing. And I have emailed them about this , they ignore .

I became a client of Dr. Bisoonsath/Preventous right about the time I turned 30 after becoming increasingly concerned about my skin care and health. As an electrician I work outside (+30 to -50!) in all kinds of damaging weather.
Over the last 6.5 years I am routinely amazing and impressed by their (and I say “their” because it is every single staff member at Preventous) care, concern and commitment to ensuring that all my questions are answered and I am 100% happy with any desired results. Although I have tried a multitude of treatments I’ve never been asked “if I’ve had work done” and at 37 I look and feel more youthful then when I walked in the door in 2013. I could not picture my beauty and skin routine without them.
It’s a world class service that everyone can benefit from. Thank you for making me feel beautiful everyday.

I did coolsculpting with them last year and it was horrible! No results, No willingness to offer alternatives without forking out thousands more. I was in tears about how much I lost financially and they gave me a free water bottle for my heart break. I spent thousands for nothing with no effort to help. Whatever you do, don’t do it. Don’t give them your money. It’s a scam!

In the past, I have seen many skin care clinics within Calgary. I understand everyone's skin care journey is a marathon, not a sprint. Because of this, I always gave the various clinics the benefit of the doubt (sometimes for way too long). Time after time I was let down. Whether it was the lack of customer service from the staff, the feeling of being sold on products due to hitting commission goals, or offering me services that only damaged my skin.

This all changed when I started going to Prevents Collaborative Health, specifically seeing Suzanne. During my first consultation with Suzanne, I truly felt heard. She listened to the ups and downs of my skincare journey (acne prone, sun damaged, sensitive skin). I told her that I had found a product (not medical grade) that works well for my sensitive skin and wasn't looking to buy more products, just add on treatment.

For once, I felt heard and understood. "Let's not fix anything that is not broken," she said. She suggested we start with a couple of Hydrafacial treatments and see if they help. After the treatments and over the weeks, she continued to check in on me. Something that was very rare based on my past experiences. Suzanne has gained my absolute trust, and this is why I will continue to go to Prevents Collaborative Health for my skincare needs.

I am 30 year old mother of 1 and this is the best health care service my family ever received. I no longer live in Calgary and the staff & care at Preventous are one of the biggest things I miss. They were available 24/7, are extremely knowledgeable all round, and they are so kind. Every staff member I ever encountered were all wonderful. As I begin pregnancy for the 2nd time, I wish it was under their care again. By far the best service I have ever witnessed from Ireland to Australia to Canada.

Had my consultation today for acne & acne scaring, and they were amazing! They spent over an hour with me. Super thorough, knowledgable and will steer you in the right direction while being sensitive about what you can and can't afford! Definitely would recommend going in for a consult if you have any skin issues. I look forward to working with them on my skin journey!

After being with preventous for over a year, I left the clinic with major problems the last four months I was with them. Multiple errors in blood work done, glucose testing that was the wrong test and had to redo and then my doctor who I had the entire time left the clinic and no one let me know or made an attempt to help me learn who the new physician was I WOULD be seeing. I don’t understand how you can pay thousands of dollars a year and have so little communication. I was very glad to learn that Dr. Bing Wu just went out on his own and was able to find him via Google. I can say the three stars is about having an all in one clinic and the ease of getting in for appointments.
