I was very weak to go some other clinic and able to make a phone consult in less than half an hour. I am so grateful to the assistant lady's great help for arranging my first time visit to this clinic on Saturday morning around 10.. The doctor Jeannine is also nice and patient. After taking her prescription medication, I felt better and relaxed.

On multiple occasions, I have found interactions with multiple front desk staff members to be lacking in professionalism, patience, and courtesy.

I had an appointment with Dr. Jeannine Olszewiski in which her communication style came across as dismissive and passive-aggressive. She appeared disengaged. I had four follow-up phone appointments scheduled with her, but she did not call for any of them. After each missed appointment from her end, I had to contact the front desk to reschedule.

When the final appointment eventually took place, there was no acknowledgment or apology for the missed calls, and her tone remained curt. I hope this feedback can be taken into consideration to improve communication, reliability, and patient care in the future.

I've had consistently disappointing experiences with the front desk staff at this clinic. While the receptionists have clearly been here for a while, they often come across as disorganized and unfit for their roles. On multiple occasions I've been told a specific appointment time over the pjone which I immediately enter into my calendar, while I was on the phone with them!! only to arrive and be told that I was 15 minutes late!!

It seems like appointments are being changed without notice, possibly to better suit the doctor’s schedule, and when I try to explain that I was told a different time, I’m made to feel like I’m mistaken or exaggerating. It’s frustrating, confusing, and frankly unprofessional.

This isn't the first time! Management needs to look into this. It's hard to find other clinics!!

It's Sunday and I was in urgent need for doctor's advise for my wife's post surgery issue. Response was super quick. I reached to the clinic shortly with my wife and her issue addressed. Thank you for the help when it's badly needed.

I called to confirm my prenatal appointment as I received an email from Dr. Li that I need to go at Burnaby Hospital for my next check up. But the lady I talked to the phone said she can’t find my records !! And maybe I called the wrong clinic !!

At my last check up they even gave me a printed copy for my every 2 weeks check up. And now she’s telling me they don’t have my records? How come?

I called again for the 2nd time and she said “Sorry ma’am but I really can’t find you in the records” and she even asked me to wait because she needs to pack at something and can’t talk to me. It’s the first time !! Who ever that lady is, she don’t know what she’s doin.

Absolutely unexplainable attitude from the Philippine receptionist. I was told I’ll get a call on the 13th of the month and I called on the 16th to ask why no one called me till now she then said she doesn’t know why and she can only book me in for future date “do you want it or not” I told her I was out of medication for 5 days now then she said “did you call and remind us” I said no well that’s not my job then she said “ well it’s not my job either do you want your medication or not” wow this place is the absolute worst I’m so disgusted by how she spoke to me when it was their fault I will be writing to Vancouver health and everyone else I can about this because when a patient is waiting for medication they need they shouldn’t have to deal with this type of people who clearly don’t like their job and feel miserable and want to act like they run the world this is pathetic disgusting and absolutely unacceptable, thank god my phone records every conversation. Then she also threatened me saying I can cancel this if you like ( my prescription) wow this wis who works in the medical industry

First time here after Brentwood medical closed down and still wanted to see Dr. Ho, not a very good impression. Waited 1 hour for an appointment to do an allergy shot that takes a few minutes. Not sure what the point is booking a time is really, would rather drive further to see a faster clinic. I liked Brentwood better, it's overcrowded here, barely any space to sit. I overheard that they do not have enough rooms available for the doctors. Stars are only for Dr Ho and the receiption

The front desk person she was nice, but she was not well prepare to do her job even we spend alot of time checking that the information was correct. It supossed they said that they were going to call me. This never happened. I dont even think she made me the appoinment, I called another clinic and the attention was really different and efficient. Dont waste your time if you really feel sick here.
