So I have been having a terrible terrible debilitating migraine for over a week near my sinus area, couldn’t sleep, couldn’t move around without pain, had a loss of appetite and energy etc. I tried everything from otc pain meds, cold and sinus meds, cold compress, hot shower etc. I initially went to the ER and they did nothing but give me a pain shot and some anti-nausea meds, then after two days I went to the primary and urgent care walk in near the theatre and they also did nothing but the same pain shot and some alternative acupuncture to relieve pressure which was ineffective. I did contact my family doctor whom did not respond to my requests. I finally went to this walk in today because I am fed up with the constant pain and they gave me an rx for antibiotics and a nasal spray, and it only took about two hours of waiting to get in to the doctor there. The doctor was kind and professional and listened to my concerns, and the front desk person was also kind which is rare. So I highly recommend not wasting your time with the other clinics in town because they won’t listen to you nor will they help you, this clinic is by far the best in terms of care and accessibility. thank you again for addressing my pain and my concerns and providing an effective solution to it.

I’ve always had a great experience with the doctors at this office, but unfortunately, my recent visit was frustrating due to the front desk woman. After receiving a call from the doctor instructing me to come in for a test and an in-person visit, I arrived only to be met with an unhelpful and dismissive attitude. The receptionist made it seem like assisting me was an inconvenience and then told me I couldn’t see the doctor because I had already spoken to them on the phone—despite the fact that the doctor had explicitly told me to come in. This miscommunication was confusing and frustrating. I truly appreciate the care I receive from the doctors here, but I hope the front desk staff can work on being more welcoming and accommodating."

Personally I've bever had a bad experience with this walk in. My wait times have never been much more than an hour. The staff do their jobs, I get my prescription or whatever and leave. I have however seen some of the worst behavior from patients at this clinic. From rude to hostile to threatening. It's unnecessary and unacceptable.

Salveo clinic is understaffed, overworked, impolite, and unprofessional. In other words exactly like every medical office in BC.

It is privately operated, also like the BC government intended.

Healthcare delayed is healthcare denied.

They represent the state of healthcare in BC and are no different from any other medical office.

In other words, it's working exactly the way it was intended to work.

The sad part is that it's literally the only option for the many people who don't have a personal physician. Also by design.

Don't blame them, blame the BC government for destroying healthcare in BC.

The staff make this clinic as best as it can be.
The wait times and lack of physicians are not their fault.
Dr.Dejager is always so great with my children and me. Honest and doesn't push meds if not necessary.

Lazy, rude and dismissive front desk staff. They are marked to open at 8 but they open whenever they feel is fine, a couple times I've been its been about 8:45. Terrible terrible employees here, just unfortunate that this is the only place most people are able to go. I used to only have good experiences here but it's only gone downhill.

Front desk clerks are always miserable and so rude . The clinic is never even open due to staff shortages. Not the front desk’s problem there is always DR shortage but if the learned some basics receptionists skills like manners and answering a phone would end a lot of problems at the clinic .

Stood in line for 2 hours, there was 2 people before me to check in and they hit there capacity for the day. At the other walk in they would count how many people are in line and inform anyone over the limit that they were full. Thanks for wasting everyone’s time. What a joke.
