To start I have always had an excellent service from the vets at PG Vet in the past. Been going there for many years with my fur family.
However I had a maddening experience on the phone with the front desk when I requested to cancel an appointment that I had just made 30-40 minutes prior which was early in the morning with the appointment being 3 hrs later. I was informed that the cancelation policy is 24 hours notice without penalty. I explained that I was given this appointment approximately 30 minutes before this call so how was I to give 24 hrs notice for an appointment i had for only 30 minutes?! She informed me I would owe $85. penalty prior to booking another appointment. I find this completely unreasonable and unfair. I can see if I was a no show or booked ahead and called without time for someone else to be booked in, but that is far from the case. The appointment time was 3 hours later.
I feel this is poor treatment for a long time customer and blatant money grab.
It's too bad because I held this clinic in high regard and referred many people to PG Vet.
I guess PG Vet has pet patients to spare hence the treatment for the people that pay the Vet bills. Very disappointing 😞

The exotic vet here is amazing! I called last minute on a Friday and they fit me in, I brought my love bird in who had an egg stuck which is very serious with lots of risks when removing it, her patience got the egg out safely and I was sent home with antibiotics and lots of tips on how to help prevent it, Overall amazing experience.

They're the vets to all of my cats and recently my one wasn't getting better right away so I asked for more antibiotics. The doctor was willing to help without me having to take my cat back in. I appreciate them.

On 2 separate occasions we have had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Gleasure for our emergency visits with our dog. She is so kind, knowledgeable, and good with our high stress doggo. Excellent experiences both times.

Dr. Jasmine Vogel, DMV, is the best veterinarian I have ever had the pleasure to meet in my 77 years of life. She is smart, awesome, and terrific. She really knows what she is doing. Congratulations and thank you so very much.

My 11 birds have been battling 3 rare bacteria and some parasites for 9 months..7 of These months were with a different vets office which proved to be incredibly incompetent... The last 2, with Dr.Gleasure at PG Vet, and let me tell you, if it wasn't for her, I would be watching my babies die as they got sicker... She found in the first 5 minutes they had parasites, then with 1 simple swab, she found the rest, she worked with us, she helped us, she is our guardian angel!!! I cannot say enough amazing things about our amazing Dr and her staff!! Thank you all so much for saving their lives!! THANK YOU!!!! We are forever grateful!!!!!
Any animal, dog, cat, lizard, now my birds, always had the best of care from them!

Our dog had an emergency and they got us in as soon as they could. Dr. Sara was amazing with our dog, she is compassionate and very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this vet.

Best vet we have ever had. After my dog had surgery they called to check in regularly just to see how he was doing and if I had any questions. They are also really good with him during visits, and I can tell that they genuinely care about his well-being. Dr. Sara Vanderkraan is absolutely amazing and my boy is back to his old self since she fixed his knee in December!
