Had an appointment downtown and decided to make myself a hair appt. Walked in and was greeted by a very friendly and kind lady and they had no problem fitting me in the next morning. The Stylist was very kind and friendly and did a great job. Very calm/inviting environment as well.

What I showed the stylist vs what I got. For my wedding, I booked with Pure Image and was really disappointed with how it turned out. I wanted a loose updo with a braid incorporated. I got a messy low bun with a bunch of bumps that my sister had to fix after the stylist left. I’m from out of town so I didn’t have time to do a trial before my wedding so this is the hairdo I got. When the stylist was doing my hair, she didn’t check in with me, show me the back or anything before she had to rush out to get to another client. Disappointed in the outcome as well as the professionalism of the service. I love to support local, but this wasn’t at all what is expected when paying for bridal hair.

I ALWAYS make sure to stop here for a haircut whenever I’m in town, Jamie is the absolute BEST when it comes cutting to wavy hair (I’ve tried a lot of hairstylists and none have come close!) and I’ll never let anyone else cut my hair!
Took the whole family in for haircuts, the hairstylist working on my 3 yo son did such a great job I’m obsessed with his haircut, I believe her name was Christina I recommend her also!

I've been getting my hair done by Candice at Pure Image for years. I don't have the easiest hair to manage - varying texture and curls, and I've never been disappointed. She's super helpful and honest when shown reference images as to how a specific cut would work with my hair/face shape/styling tendencies, and finding an alternative to show me if needed. I've also been pleased with colour services, including blending greys (I wanted a low maintenance approach.) Highly recommend her as a stylist.

I have been living in Revelstoke for 3 years and I have been to every barber shop in town so far. I got my haircut today from pure image. Lady name Kristine who was giving me hair cut treated me so bad. She was literally stabbing on my head with trimmer & talking to her co worker and complaining about few things. Well that's not my business but I want to know one thing if you have bad day and not in good mood why the hell you are screwing someone else day. Go sit in house but don't sour someone day. $45 this is what they charge me for haircut but they don't know how to treat customer.

I have been working in customer service industry for five years, from my own experience I can tell how outrageous and awful it was.

We don't come there to get free haircut ,we make appointment week before and this is how we get treated. Seriously!

I would pay happily $60 but atleast first learn how you should do it. The lady was literally hitting me in head with trimmer because she was damn pissed because of her personal issues. Such a shame!

I am not defaming anyone business here simply telling how I got treated.

L'Teara and her team did our wedding hair & make-up in Nakusp. They were professional, adaptive and enjoyable to be around. They made my wedding morning perfect, my bridesmaids and I looked awesome! But what took the cake is the care and attention that they gave my mom - she looked amazing and felt it!

I am visitor to Revelstoke and called in for a gentleman’s haircut. Christina was efficient and did a great job. Delightful and friendly lady with lots of great info about the town - a real ray of sunshine!
