I have had many opportunities to have her care for me being vaccinations and prescriptions filled.

Agree with the many previous reviews. Jinna is a top notch pharmacist and communicator. She really takes the time to educate customers/patients. I had been unable to fill a popular prescription medication after my usual pharmacy ran out - no explanation, no suggestions on how to solve the challenge. Just "we don't have it - you can check elsewhere".

Jinna had not one but 2 solutions to the problem, and ended up saving me money in the process. In the age of the big box pharmacies where pharmacist assistants dispense medications like robots, this operation stands out. I would highly recommend.

Update: I walked in to pick up my prescriptions and talked with the manager. She justified that there are “sick people” here and they’re not listening into the conversation and saying multiple times that the counter is far enough away, which is not the case. The counter is very accessible. Unprofessional response with a saving face attitude. Finally she ended the convo saying they would pass on the need for discretion to the team. I won’t be coming back. I’ve never had an issue with my credit card til now.

Original post: They asked me for my credit card info over the phone and repeated it back to me. Who knows who was listening because I got spam emails like crazy and big fraudulent purchases on my card!! Anyone could have been listening! NOT impressed!
