I've been going to Elizabeth for my massage treatments for a number of months now and have received the perfect balance of therapeutic and soothing treatments. She is very intuitive with pressure, checked in when needed, and focused exactly where my body needed attention. I had been experiencing pain in my left leg for months and with a few sessions with Elizabeth and exercises the pain has gone away. I always leave feeling lighter, looser and deeply relaxed after her treatments. Would highly recommend this practitiner to anyone. Thank you Elizabeth.

Not a professional atmosphere at all. The noise in the hallway while getting my massage was ridiculous. The noise in the adjacent room was awful.
My massage therapist was excellent and also stated that it’s never been like this the year that I’ve been here. Apparently there were sales people that day, there seemed to be at the front desk when I arrived. The chatting and noise was so obnoxious that I went outside to wait for my appointment.
$135 of my hard earned money wasted.

Nicole Boss is the most outstanding RMT that I’ve had the pleasure of receiving care from. She is very effective, has excellent communication skills, is very knowledgeable, and is incredible at her work! I’ve had two sessions with her so far and the results have been amazing. Feels like magic honestly. I’m a resident doctor visiting from Vancouver for two months and have received numerous massage therapies over the years. I cannot recommend Nicole enough! She is one of the best! Jealous of the people of Duncan for having such an amazing RMT

As soon as I walked in the door for my first appointment I felt relaxed and welcome. The reception area is light, airy, modern and clean. The people at the front desk are always friendly and attentive.
I've had lash extensions done by Kimberley Sweet several times and am thrilled to have found her. Kimberley has a lovely energy and really knows her stuff. Throughout our session I feel relaxed and comfortable. My lashes have great retention and look natural, which is just the way I like them.
