This clinic has some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. My daughter tried calling to book an appointment but couldn't get through, so she went there in person. She initially thought it was a walk-in clinic, but it turns out it wasn't. They informed her that they had no available appointments and she had to call instead. She explained that she couldn’t get through on the phone, which was why she showed up in person.

Being new to the area, she had a few more questions about which clinics she could go to, but another staff member abruptly interrupted and rudely told her they couldn't help her. Since it wasn't an emergency, she's going to try somewhere else.

Whatever happened to basic kindness and respect in customer service? Unbelievable.

Unlucky me today.!!!!! After calling 46 times, I was able to speak to the reception. However, the doctor only takes phone appointments today, and he has to see me in person, so I couldn't make it to the clinic today!!!! Maybe I can try my Luke again and call another 46 times, and hopefully, they can take me in person tomorrow!!!

During a time when I was having a lot of health issues, Dr. Wahid added a note to my file restricting my ability to book appointments. He did not discuss this with me beforehand. (Reading reviews I found that I am not the first person who he's restricted in this way.) As a result I have had to leave many medical issues unaddressed so that I would still be able to book an appointment if something more urgent came up. He is also kind of condescending and talks to me like I'm a child who doesn't know how to take care of my health. He has been my doctor for several years, but I'm planning on dropping him soon for these reasons. I cannot recommend him, especially for anyone who has chronic or complex health issues. The reception is okay, occasional slip-ups but no consistent problems there that I've noticed.
Edit: At the end of the day after I left this review he called me half-crying to say that he read my review, and he said that my words affect people. He said I wrote untrue things in my review; I did not, so I asked him to specify what was untrue, and he was unable to come up with anything. He said that he *had* in fact helped me (I never said otherwise) and that I would no longer be welcome at his clinic. It was a very odd and self-centred response to a negative review. I wish him well but I'm even more glad to be moving on now. Of course, this means that an upcoming appointment I had with him (which would have been a good time to discuss the review -- instead, he called me to discuss the review while I happened to be at a supermarket, and declined my request for him to call me back at a better time) is now cancelled, and so that health issue will also be deferred, as has happened so many times before. I hope others do not have the same experience that I have had with Dr. Wahid.

I made an appointment with Dr Wahid 3 months ago. I was very nervous to start medication as in the past I got hospitalized for a medication i was on. Our last phone conversation we had was really good. He walked me through everything and made me comfortable with taking this next step. I got a prescription for 3 months and he asked I call and make an appointment in 3 months to see how things were going and if we needed to adjust anything.. I called today to book that appointment and was told I could no longer book here. In fact there is a note on my file saying not to book me. I am extremely confused by this and was given zero reason as to why this is.. now I am almost out of my medication that is working really well for me and im scared. The doctor that told me he would be there to support me through this journey has black listed me for no reason

This clinic truly cares! I’ve had nothing but positive experiences with Dr. Wahid, his team and all the staff. They are so patient with me to explain the medications I’m taking, making sure that all areas of my health are covered, and even though the lines are busy first thing in the morning, once you finally get through, Jessica is so courteous, understanding and helpful.

I started calling this morning at 9 o'clock, wanting a simple refil of medication. It took a lot of redials, but by 9:10, I got through to reception. She was professional and easy to talk to.

She told me a doctor would phone at 10:40.

The doctor called at 10:30, and was thorough and again, professional with good communication skills. My refill was called in to my preferred pharmacy, no hassles.

I see a lot of one-star reviews, but that was just not my experience today whatsoever.
