I would recommend this business if you require a care aid for your family or friend.

As a resident of North Vancouver, getting a Chinese and Cantonese speaking care worker was almost impossible. I had searched on and off for over five years, and the businesses I contacted did not have staff that would meet these two requirements. Literally, the only workers they had would stay in the Vancouver, Burnaby, or Richmond areas only. No one wanted to work in North Vancouver.
As pessimistic as I was, I gave looking for a care worker one more try. And Qualicare was able to deliver.

Warren and Helen have been polite, professional, and supportive of our needs. They helped find a nice lady who gets along well with my mother.

The support and level of care that they have provided for my mom and I is superb. I live in the UK so it has been hard not being able to be with Mum as much as should do. So I want to say a huge thank you to KC for the way that she has been looking after Mum. Words cannot describe how grateful I am that she is Mum’s companion. To be honest, to me, she is more than just a companion. She has stepped into the role of being a friend and has filled my place as a daughter in everything that she does for Mum. It gives me so much comfort knowing that she spends the time she does and really cares in what she is doing. Her companionship and the messages she puts in the Family Room chat bring me closer to Mum and makes the miles less.

I want to shout from the rooftops about Qualicare so anyone looking for some help knows about them! My experience with them has been weekly carer support for my mom who needed an extra set a hands to do a few things around the house.

After calling about 5 different companies and getting nowhere, I was beyond impressed when I found Qualicare. From the fantastic first phone call (professional, warm and understanding), to the placement chat (where we really felt listened to), to the fabulous ongoing care, Qualicare has been absolutely fantastic.

I highly recommend Qualicare. I have needed their assistance in the past and had arranged nursing care for my mother for a future date. When she refused any assistance, I was forced to cancel the arrangements. Not only was Qualicare understanding and empathetic, they did not charge me any cancellation fee (as it was two weeks away)and suggested I leave their phone number with my mother to assist her at a moments notice. So grateful to the Qualicare team for their understanding, flexibility and compassion.
