Of the best spots to buy steel products. Too bad Google search didn't direct me here. I had to phone a friend to confirm the location.
Google liked recommending Home Depot, Rona, CTC and BMR.
Even after shopping at Quintan Products, it still does not show on my search.

I've been using Quintan for at least 15 years for buying steel for my welding projects. A couple of weeks back I was in getting some steel. I asked the young man about some flat stock steel, he told me to see the shop foreman. I went to the foreman's office and said I was told to come see him. I asked about the steel I wanted. He (ZZ Top wanna be) looked up from his computer visibly annoyed with my question and said angrily "didnt think we have any but I'll go and look" I went back to get the rest of my order picked, cut and loaded maybe 20 minutes. He still wasn't back.
Wes if your going to hire someone for a customer service based job make sure they have the right temperament (and doesn't look like a pirate). # we want Roger back.
This week I went to Loucon Steel in Ottawa. They had everything I needed except for the bad attitude. I won't be visiting Winchester again
