Shawn is absolutely the best around. He is honest, fair and communicates every step of the way allowing the customer to make decisions prior to work being completed and money being spent. Personal service with a smile. Had a safety slip in my hand the next day. After visiting another local shop i was looking at $1000 of work. I cost me 10 hrs work, $100 in parts and another inspection fee after quinte west auto:)

Mechanics are not thorough. After doing ALL the recommended services. $2100 later the mechanic said it'd need to go for an alignment because they cant do them there. Okay, we book the vehicle for an alignment at Napa. They call us saying they can't do the alignment because the front end needs to be fixed. Bearings are shot and it's leaking oil.

How is this missed

Took the vehicle then to a third shop, to confirm and they agreed with Napa. $1500to fix my vehicle.

Do not go here. They're shoddy at best
