Excellent customer services, staff members treated clients with warm welcome, kindness and overall their professionalism. Especially ERICK, very kind and sincere in person and on the phone. I’m way beyond happy and satisfied every time I go there either for a cane or a walker… etc… Will highly recommend this place to everyone who needs medical supplies. The owner and employees at Regency medical supplies make this this best medical supply store anywhere in the Vancouver area. However far away you are, it's worth the trip if you need real help getting set up in the best way whether you're injury is new or old. Highly recommend this business to anyway that needs any medical supplies. They didn't respond in their chat, but when I called they answered right away, and the chat malfunction is not a reflection of the level of professionalism and kindness they achieve at Regency Medical supplies. My experience was so good I wanted to tip them, but they are not allowed to accept tips. I'd give this place 1000 stars if I could

I would highly recommend this business. I don't live in the lower mainland, so it was hard not being able to do the footwork for my mother in person. I spoke with Francis over the phone to help my mother in Vancouver find a mobility scooter. After speaking with him, I felt so relieved to have someone working with me who sounded invested in giving the best care and service and finding the best fit for her needs. Thank you so very much!!

After long time working on the computer, I was experiencing wrist pain. My friend took me to Regency to see if they have anything would be suitable for me. They store is big and with wide selections, for COVID season, only 4 people is allowed to go in at the same time, they also checked temperature and register all the visitors as well, made me feel very safe to go in. We met their sales Eric who was very professional, after listening carefully about my problem, he provided different choices of items also helped analyzed pros and cons of each item to help me select. Thumbs up! If you do need any medical supplies, strongly recommend you to go there!

After my ankle surgery I had rented a knee scooter from here. The staff was very friendly however the unit they rented out to me was an old unit. While using the walker the wheel would fell off a number of times and I would have to hand tighten as the screw was stripped and would tighten fully. The brakes also did not fully work and had to use my foot to slow down. I had phoned to exchange and the staff was great and exchanged no problem. When I spoke to the associate and advised him with the issues he asked what colour the unit was and he was familiar with it. The associate advised that this was an old unit and that management was aware of the issues as the staff has been relaying the issues with the walkers for some time. I had asked to speak to the manager while I was in the store as was extremely disappointed that management was aware of issues but still rented out an unreliable unit. The manager was busy and was advised he would call me. Still have not heard from them. Extremely poor response from management.

I get injured a lot doing random stuff and I became good friends with Eric who works here. No matter how often he sees me, he treats me like if it was my first wound. He helps me to find which splint supports me the best considering my line of work. He helps to measure my wrist to find the perfect size for me. He’s also always considerate when putting the splint on me. He’s always there to tell you what you could do to save money.... The list goes on and on. Anyways, Eric is your man if you need any medical supplies.

On Thursday I ordered a commode (toilet for bedside) for use by my spouse when he couldn’t safely get to the bathroom. I requested express post delivery.
Friday morning I received a friendly phone call saying it would arrive Monday.
I asked if there was a way of getting it sooner, as I was desperate. It was delivered within two hours, already assembled, and I was able to put it into use right away.
There seems not to have been an extra cost for this superior service.

We have been helped and supported from Eric for mom since 2020. I should have participated in this review opportunity way earlier than this time. He and his coworkers are thoughtful and professional for the seniors and handicapped people who really need special care. Thanks to Eric, mom doing well even after her hip surgery and we deeply appreciate his warm hearted encouragement and professional advises for me and mom. It is much appreciated and Regency Medical Supplies in Burnaby is highly recommended.
