The moment you walk through the door you are greeted by all their friendly, warm and kind staff, Ros (their client care specialist) is always so warm and kind and is so helpful when booking appointments, I often have a changing schedule and she is always very accommodating and helpful, she is very knowledgeable about products and always has a lot of great recommendations and will always take her time with you as a client. I go in just to say hi and chat with the wonderful staff. Caitlyn does my facials and is wonderful, warm, and kind, she too is very knowledgable about everything skin care and always takes her time to take care of you and give you a lovely relaxing experience. Dr Decker has been doing botox for me since I started going to Renu, he is very experienced and the procedure is always very smooth and painless. Kyla is the owner and manager, she is always very welcoming, kind, and warm, and is always there for any questions or assistance and takes her time, she is also very knowledgable and is always eager to answer any questions. You will be treated like family as a client at Renu and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a professional skin care business. My skin has never looked better because of Renu!

It is a celebrity level medi spa in the heart of Vancouver Island. The latest technologies and products offered at very affordable prices. Great choice of skin care products to make it one stop shop. The staff is enrolled into continuous learning programs attending latest North American and European conferences.
My inquiries were answered with not only explanations but demonstrations and product samples. I was able to choose a personalized program to address my concerns focussing on permanent results and follow up schedule. Very friendly staff, great communication focussed not on sales but on the client needs, I am looking forward to my appointments.
