Fantastic service, and care. I am in Canada on a holiday touring in an RV. Had a flare up of an eye condition. I emailed them and had an appointment the next day. All fixed and on top of that was told about a fabulous coffee house for brunch. Has to be 5 stars, nothing less would be right

My son had an eye emergency with a cold sore close to his eye. Revelstoke Optometry was incredibly responsive and caring. They immediately fit him in, provided expert care and arranged the necessary medication. Their professionalism, kindness and exceptional service were outstanding. I had and eye emergency in Nakusp.
They Dr at emergency Reccomended
I follow up with an appointment at Revelstoke Optometry Center.
They graciously fit me in.
The customer service and professionalism was outstanding.
So Welcoming and friendly.
They even stayed open after closing and fit me in the next morning so I was able to drive ( Towing a travel trailer) home safely.

DR Ayles @ RevelStoke Optometry is amazing - incredible doctor and incredibly kind and she honestly saved me from a detached retina and all the issues that goes along with that serious condition.

I was in RevelStoke to support my son at a ski competition and I suddenly started having vision problems in one eye. I saw little black specks, a larger dot and then a squiggly thing. At first I thought my contacts were dirty but the condition continued for a couple hours. By late afternoon I calls and emails into my eye doctor in California who wouldn't return either. Because I know I am at a high risk for a detached retina (but always thought it would happen if I got hit in the eye) I told my husband I needed to go to an emergency room to make sure I was ok to fly early the next morning. He did an online search, found RevelStoke Optometry and because the great reviews, we called their office. The office was about the close but Dr Ayles agreed to see me. Around this time my doctor emailed saying I was likely ok but that I should see someone when I got home from Canada (and suggested some names because he was too busy to see me).

We arrived just as the office was closing, and after an exam and some photos, Dr Ayles realized I had a serious condition and needed to be evaluated for surgery right away and definitely before I flew home. Dr Ayles arranged for me to see a specialist and thankfully she did because I was in danger of experiencing a detached retina. I was able to get the surgery done and save my vision, all because Dr Ayles took the time to see me and because she took the time to find care for me. I cannot be more grateful. Thank you Dr Ayles!

Fantastic experience. It had been 10+ years since I had my eyes checked. Dr. Ayles, Sammie and the whole clinic staff were fantastic. Thorough and professional eye exam. Sammie and Dr. Ayles answered all my questions to make sure I understood what was happening and why. If you're looking for a super sharp eye care team + great care experience ... these are your people. I definitely won't wait so long before my next visit.

Great selection of trendy eye-ware for a small town. Always excited to see the new frames. The team is amazing and they are very warm and welcoming. Thank you Dr.Christy Ayles for going above and beyond when my daughter injured her eye. Even coming in everyday the clinic was closed to check it's healing progress! We've always had excellent service with all our exams, contacts, and glasses as well. The staff are kind and knowledgeable. Much appreciated!
