Great customer service. I bought a new shower/Tub from here and upon opening up the box, i noticed a small hole in the side of the tub. After a quick phone call and some pictures, they replaced it and even delivered.

We really needed a cartridge for a 20-year-old tap. And we couldn’t find the right one. Which would mean that we would have to totally take out the tub and change all the plumbing behind it.

Until we visited Rona Invermere. Where Susan and Janine were waiting for us with a big smile. When I showed her all the broken parts, she went into the office behind her, and she came up with his random part she just saw laying around. And that just happened to be the exact same cartridge we needed.

There was absolutely no charge for it, because they could warrantee it with the manufacturer. I couldn’t believe my ears, and said that was the best service ever.

So it’s fair to post this on the Internet. great 👍 service still exist. If you go to Rona Invermere.

The manager, staff and owner at North Star Rona all went above and beyond to help us with the purchase of a new washer/dryer. They helped us secure the model we wanted, offered the best price and helped get it to us as quick as possible when there was a hiccup with the warehouse delivery.

Not happy with pricing. The same bag of cement is 40% more than Calgary. That's 50% more after adding PST.
