Very poor experience at this clinic. I had an appointment, the doctor gave me an ultrasound requisition and recommended I see someone in the clinic for an in-person exam promptly. They told me to call the clinic, but when I called, the staff said they were unable to accommodate me and I would need to make a second phone exam appointment in order to get a referral to see another doctor for an in person exam.

I called them thirty minutes after my appointment, and they were unable to call the doctor to request a requisition, telling me I'd need to wait a week for another phone consultation to get the requisition. Don't waste your time here.

Very poor service at this clinic. Went in the 1st time and doctor issued a wrong requisition for ultrasound with locations of West Coast Imaging. After trying to contact them through their website and calling, I finally got thru so they can tell me they do not do this kind of ultrasound and that I would have to obtain a different requisition for hospitals use only.
So, I went back to this clinic to tell them they had issued a wrong requisition. They made me wait to see the same doctor again. Finally, after long wait (don't believe when they say 15 minutes- it means 1 hour at least), I asked the receptionist to have the doctor reissue the correct requisition and sent it to a hospital where they perform the ultrasound, and they don't need me to wait for it. Well, they never did. Very untrustworthy clinic. Don't waste your time going in.

I have had my doctor's appointment cancelled 3 separate times in over the last few months. The first time they said that there was a power outage and that everyone went home. They later said that everyone went back to the office. The next time, after booking my appointment, they contacted and said the doctor would not be working, on a Friday, but for whatever reason they allowed me to book it before hand. The third time today, they said the doctor had to "step away from the practice", but for some reason would be back in a couple weeks. I'm shocked how poorly my experience has been with this clinic that I have never actually been to. If the person who runs this clinic ever reads this, get your organization together. It is the most unprofessional I have ever experienced to date and the least caring I have ever felt towards its customers. People rely on your services and deserve more respect than this.

Dr. Akinbobola does not care about her patients, she is nice enough but does not put any care into ensuring they deserve the care they require.

The receptionists are terrible. Can’t even answer the phone during working hours - not that the doctor is available for the next 3-6 months. Last time I was there the receptionists were yelling at a lady with a baby.

The professionalism is absolutely appalling as I’m sure you can see by the responses to other reviews. Both online and in person.

Clearly this place has some morale or management issues. Absolutely regret becoming patients here. Do not make the same mistake. Strongly advise to go elsewhere.

We booked the appointment with dr and try to cancel by phone because it’s less than 24 hours. We called them 5 times to cancel no answer at all. Reception staff were super rude asked us to keep calling them. Charge us for no show even it was their mistake not answering our call for cancellation. Not recommended at all.

TLDR; from what I observed, the environment is extremely unprofessional and hostile to patients.
The doctors are clearly uneducated.
And the responses to reviews alone directly point to their low sense of respect for the people in their care.

recently visited this clinic and was disappointed with the poor level of professionalism displayed by the receptionists and the doctor. For starters, the receptionists were rude to both me and other patients, and I observed unaccommodating solutions and disappointing behavior demonstrated by them. The waiting room played Fox News, which portrayed a grossly racist message on Mexican people. There were passive-aggressive signs everywhere. the people who I was with and I had to wait 30 minutes for our appointments, which we were on time for. During my “meet and greet,” I was asked inappropriate questions such as “are you single?” And after reading my chart, The doctor chose to interrogated me about my treatment, repeatedly giving her opinion on my choice of treatment, which I am already receiving from another well-respected doctor. And she even had the audacity to attempt to persuade me to stop my treatment because of her "concerns", which she does not specialize in. I have waited years to be assessed and treated for my disorder, and I was very tired by hearing her talk about my disorder which she clearly had no real medical knowledge on. She asked if I had seen a psychiatrist, which if she was properly informed, she would know that I had to have already seen multiple to start the treatment under law. I did not enjoy meeting her, and I do not recommend this clinic to anyone. Your health is incredibly important and picking a poor doctor can result in you getting worse, if you suffer from any serious medical conditions I would seriously recommend you go somewhere else. nothing is worth risking your life.

And to the owner, the way you run this place is sick. and the next time you get a business idea for a clinic, save these poor patients their money and pick a new hobby. Your clinic is a pathetic example of what's wrong with this world. And I hope you get shut down for the sake of every one of your patients health, because what I observed after only one visit was absolutely ridiculous.

Horrible service is an understatement. Phone appointments happen over 1 hours after. Front desk has zero empathy and are rude. Negligence at all time high- sending out referral could take about 2 months. Extremely disappointed with the service here.

I recently visited Dr. Antonious for the second time, and I am very grateful for his care and professionalism. He was incredibly patient and attentive when addressing my infertility concerns. Even though I come from an Asian background and my English is not perfect, he took the time to listen carefully and explain everything in detail. Dr. Antonious truly made me feel supported and cared for. I appreciate his dedication and willingness to help, and I highly recommend him to anyone seeking compassionate and thorough medical care.
