I have been a happy patient at Saanich Dental Group for over five years. After dental trauma many years ago I was fearful of going to the dentist. Since I started receiving care here I have been so impressed and felt so reassured. Dr Nip and Brooke have always given kind, gentle, quality care and have put me at ease during both regular hygiene appointments and dental procedures. They are happy to answer questions and explain what they are doing to help me feel at ease. I enjoy going to the dentist again, which is something I never thought I would say. My family moved to the westshore but we continue to make the commute to SJD because of the exceptional care. As well, all of the front desk staff are so polite and friendly when dealing with clients. I always feel so welcome walking into the office. I highly recommend this dental office.

When does anyone WANT to go to the dentist?!? I do! The staff and dentists are so fantastic and friendly. Professional, knowledgeable and on time, always. Love it there and even nap during procedures. They give me a blanket and I barely know I’m being worked on. Dr Nip has the gentlest touch I have ever had in a dentist!!!

I'm very impressed with this clinic. Great staff, professional doctors and modern equipment! I highly recommend Dr. Nip, Jenna and Brooke. They worked on my many cavities and cleaning. I didn't feel a thing and they were very gentle and sweet. Dr. Nip would set your expectations on what will happen next so you're prepared. I recommend this clinic to anyone looking for a dental clinic in the island. They are topnotch!!

I'm only nit picking here. I did notice a minor disconnect between the doctors and the hygienist. My doctor needed to work on my upper left teeth but I needed a cleaning first. The following appointment, the hygienist work on my bottom teeth eventhough I already explained the doctor will need to work on my upper teeth next appointment so it should be cleaned first. They still proceeded with cleaning my bottom teeth for the next 2 appointments. My upper teeth still hasn't been cleaned. On the day I'm having my upper left teeth done, the doctor was surprised it hasn't been cleaned yet so she just proceeded and worked on my bottom teeth that have already been cleaned. As a result, we had to adjust the sequence of the dental work which is totally fine with me.
