In a day and age when family practitioners are as scarce as hens teeth, I am fortunate to be a patient of Dr. Mark Pearce. For a few years now I have been blessed by his excellent care and followup with each and every appointment, either by phone or in person. He is very thorough in examination and diagnosis, and listens and responds with kindness to all of my concerns. Peace of mind is a most important part of our health, and lack of it can effect us both mentally and physically. So I am grateful to have Dr Pearce on my side. Thank you again for your personal attention to detail, your patience, compassion and hard work ethic.

this review is based solely on my family doctor, Dr Jordan Russell.
Dr Russell has been so kind and great to have a part of our lives since I had my first little one in 2023. She helped me navigate my postpartum anxiety with absolute kindness and compassion by always taking my multiple calls/meet requests for any small worry or concern which now I can reflect and feel it was over the top, but she never made me feel that way and always recognized my care for my little. She guided me through it by being a listening ear, providing reassurance at anytime and walked me through the steps of working on myself with anxiety and what that looks like.
Now 1.5 years later she is still very personable and professional with any health concern for myself or my little and I am grateful someone like her is a Doctor and cares about helping others with their health as the world needs more of that ✨

Dr. Rasiah is an amazing Doctor! She listens and is quick to deal with issues head-on, while asking if you are in agreement. She is kind and personable and I always feel like I am getting the best care.
I had to use the services of the Medical Clinic on a Saturday for pain I was experiencing and the Doctor who called me heard me and was able to give me some direction in what to do. He also sent me a requisition to give clarity to what was going on.
I have never been disappointed in my care!

I have been going to this clinic for decades. But due to one receptionist I dread going there. I don’t know her name but she seems to be the eldest one there. I’m not lucky enough to have a family doctor so I have to go there first thing in the morning to get an appointment or phone call from a doctor. The reception is question is rude and has the attitude that me being there has ruined her day. She always makes seem like she’ll do her best to get a doctor to contact me but she can’t make any promises. It’s bad enough that our medical system is in such a shambles but we have to get on our knees and beg to see a doctor.

Dr. Michelle Rasiah is an excellent doctor who asks the right questions to understand the medical problem at hand. If necessary, she will research potential solutions and call back to explain her findings.
She is also sympathetic and compassionate. I may have to wait in the office to see her, but that is because most doctors have to see a lot of patients of which some need more time than others.
I find it helpful to bring a short note out lining the reason for the appointment and to write down what she said so that afterwards I can remember what she said.
If she isn't available, there is usually an other doctor attached to her practice who can see me.
I am grateful to actually have a family doctor during a time when so many people do not have there own doctor.

I have been extremely fortunate to have Dr. Bertoia as my doctor for literally decades. He listens to you, has patience, and is tenacious when it comes to finding a solution. He always follows up on test results and takes the time to explain things. The front reception staff are friendly and efficient in my experience to date.

I really hate leaving bad reviews, but yikes. The mismanagement of their reception team is shocking. I was meant to have an appointment on a Thursday at 11:30am,(over the phone, because the online form they pressure you to use doesn’t accept in person appointments.) At 1:45 I was still waiting for my appointment so I called the clinic to find out what the hold up was. They said bluntly “you’re on the list”.. at 5pm when the clinic closed, I still hadn’t received a call. No follow up from reception to re-book, or to let me know why my 11:30am appointment did not happen. I FINALLY managed to get through to them 2 days later, only to be told “we’re not allowed to touch patient files on Saturdays.”
Odd, and ridiculous that the SAME person I spoke to on Thursday is telling me that because it’s Saturday, she cannot touch my file…. but also, what!?
The voicemail is a scrambled mess of a woman stumbling over her words, which is concerning, because THIS IS A DOCTORS OFFICE!
The doctor I see here is great, but this reception team desperately needs a clean up.
I really hope the negative reviews are enough for this clinic to make some changes. I’d love to update my review to 5 stars!

Awful experience. The doctors don't really care and are very dismissive. Also, the staff are rude and unhelpful.
I understand they might be receiving many calls and patients, but that's not an excuse. People seek care, yet don’t receive it. I will never visit again.
