Best massage I've ever had. Left feeling super loose and relaxed. Had to keep myself from falling asleep a few times from how good the service was. The prices are awesome for the services provided as well. Would highly recommend Sanatio Spa; especially if you are staying at the hotel.

I feel like I went to heaven and back at Sanatio Spa. Rina was professional, polite and attentive from beginning to end. I was treated to a foot bath right at the start, and this was when Rina went through the intake form ensuring she asked all the questions about any allergies or health implications, as well as preferences for firmness of the massage. I got the Kobido Lymphoma Massage and it was the most relaxing treatment I have had in my life. From the silicone facial cupping to the hot stone massage, I fully appreciated every minute. Once the massage was over, a small snack and some Yuzucha awaited at the front. This was a 10 star experience for me and I highly recommend Sanatio Spa. Thank you Rina san!

It’s a beautiful and calming spa with incredible top notch service. Unfortunately, I had a negative experience with the results of a lash lift, even though I paid extra to have it done by the expert technician. Maybe this was just a fluke since it doesn’t seem like others have had the same issue, and I normally wouldn’t leave such a low review but I felt the results of my lash lift were quite poor.

Only the lashes on my left eye were properly curled. The right side was barely lifted, which left me with an uneven look that was hard to fix at home. On top of that, the lashes on my left eye were over processed. Even after more than three months, they are still crimped and growing in different directions.

I just wanted to share my experience. It seems like no one else has gone through this so I hope everyone else continues to have better results. Everything else was perfect and I even fell asleep during the lash lift because I was so relaxed.

Update: Since the review, the team has been very kind and professional. I want to mention that I really believe my experience was just a one time mishap but thought it was important to share. The team and salon in general are really impressive and generous!

We booked the Kobido facial massage and head massage at Sanatio Spa today, Mika and Yuki were polite, respectful, and made us feel pampered through the experience. The yuzu tea and treat at the end of the service was a thoughtful touch. We left feeling rejuvenated and we can’t wait to come back again!

This place was worth checking out. My sister and I got two 45 minute scalp massages. The masseuses were very friendly and we started out with a foot bath, they then brought us back for our scalp massages. It was worth every penny!

After we completed our massage they brought us to this quiet room where we were greeted with tea and a snack.

I highly recommend checking out this place and would 100% go back!

Started off with a foot bath.
During the soak, she explained to me how it was going to go down which was helpful. Gave me time to ask questions and settle in.

Everything felt just right - relaxing, the right deep pressure, the treatment felt soothing. I definitely drifted in and out of sleep.
Ended with a snack and yuzu tea.

Valet parking included so you don’t have to worry about parking in downtown.

I’d go back again.
Very much worth it.

My mom and I had a wonderful experience from start to finish! The massages and facials were some of the best we have ever had. It felt like a mini trip to Japan and all of the massage therapists were very kind.
