Helen was amazingly helpful when I was shopping for new glasses. I let her know the concerns I had with the previous glasses I owned and she pulled out many pairs of beautiful glasses based on my criteria. I chose two pairs, got my prescription updated, and went back to pay. Helen could have quickly sold me the two pairs I had picked, but she phoned and left me a message to let me know she had added new options to her inventory. I was able to try those on too! I ended up with two pairs that I love. Highly recommend!
