I first came to Anjali Vipin Kumar years ago with neck and back tension that often led to headaches — and I haven’t had a single headache since I met her. Anjali has a remarkable ability to get to the source of any problem and find effective, lasting solutions. As both a musician and a runner, I deeply appreciate how she tailors each session to what my body needs most in the moment, and how she provides thoughtful stretches and strategies to support ongoing health. She is incredibly skilled, knowledgeable, and compassionate — I could not recommend her more highly. The Sense Clinic itself is welcoming, immaculately clean, and beautifully designed with a lovely ocean-inspired theme that creates continuity between the rooms and a calming vibe. The space feels warm and well considered, with a comfortable waiting area offering both hot and cold drinking water. Booking online is easy, the waitlist feature is great, and there’s plenty of parking right outside. I always feel like a valued patient — never just a number. The take-home stretches Anjali recommended have been absolute gold and have helped extend the benefits of each session. I’ve learned so much from her. All the staff I’ve interacted with have been friendly and professional, and it’s clear there’s a positive team environment. If you’re looking for skilled, compassionate care and a clinic that truly values its patients, Sense and Anjali Vipin Kumar are absolutely the ones to choose.

Anjali is the absolute best! She’s very lovely, kind, knowledgeable, and has magic hands! I wish I could see her more often (my work schedule is so hectic) I am thankful that I met her quite a few years ago. She has helped me with my neck, shoulder and back and migraine issues. I am super active, have fibromyalgia and I am always challenging myself and ignoring the pain as much as possible. Anjali has helped me enormously with my journey of relaxation, recovery and assisting me with my body & health. Anjali is a breath of fresh air. Thanks so much for helping me get better & feel better! 😊✅🙏 You are amazing!! ❤️

Wyman did an excellent job massaging out the pain in my shoulder and upper back. He was quickly able to determine what was making it hurt and focused on making it better. Thank you! I have been treated by several of the therapists at Sense Massage and all have been great. I also really like the convenient booking app and text reminders. I highly recommend this clinic and Wyman!

I had my first RMT massage with Jessica and it went so well! This was my first time at Sense Massage and my entire experience was very positive. I left feeling so relaxed, at ease, and wanting to come back for a next visit. Jessica is super friendly, thoughtful, and detail oriented. She was receptive to my wants and needs and was very thorough during my appointment. I felt very relaxed from the moment I walked in. I will definitely book with Jessica in the future.

Sense massage place highly recommend. I just want to express my gratitude to Jessica Quan for an amazing experience. This was the best massage I have ever had in Richmond (been to 5 places before). Some therapist does a standard massage, and you exceeded all expectations, muscle spasms and blocks disappear; overall physical well-being and mood improves. Your knowledge, skills are evident in every move you make. Thank you very much
