We were in Osoyoos for vacation and on the last day, we discovered a flat tire on one of our e-bikes. As we were leaving the next morning, we phoned to ask if our tire could be repaired while we wait. Regan told us to come in right away. While he repaired the tire, Shawn explained how many flat tires come in for repair because of “puncture vines”. Apparently they are everywhere and easily puncture bike tires. There is a product he called “slime”, which helps protect the tires. Regan installed the slime in both tires.

When we got back to camp, we discovered our second bike had the same issue. We took it in to the shop and it was quickly repaired.

Shawn and Regan were helpful, professional and friendly. We appreciate the excellent customer service and highly recommend Sessions Outdoor Sports - they are terrific!

Popped in yesterday with a tire/wheel issue. Very friendly staff. They did my repair while I waited. Very informative and reasonably priced for their service. The store has an excellent selection of new bikes and accessories, but the friendly attentive staff are the reason I will return. Thank you for getting me back on the road.

Great service. I was having an issue with my son's bike, but I live out of town, and was tight on time. The Sessions team got me in quickly and even serviced the bike while I was in town, saving me a return trip. They provided great customer service while addressing my issue. Thanks again!

I am visiting Osoyoos with my grandparents and I needed some valve stem caps for my bike and the lady employee in the store was super helpful. She gave me some caps for free. I am thankful for this because with my bicycle tire would have dirt in it in its valve stem. Thank you I would really recommend Sessions

super nice and helpful staff, needed some screws for my bike as I lost some and they were kind enough to look for matching ones and gave it to me free of charge, will always come back when I need anything from a bike store and I'm in the area! also super welcoming Rottweiler dog in the store!

Di2 battery died and they were nice enough to let me charge my bike up for a 30 minutes before getting back on the road. Were very helpful and generous. Would recommend checking them out.

Took my 87 GT Freestyle BMX to these guys for a few fixes on it and they did a great job, it’s a vintage and I’m definitely picky with who works on it, will be going back for all my bike needs. Great work guys.
