I had Shade Tree do major engine work on my 6.0 F350 is 2024. They were honest, and knew what they were doing. This was evident as I was given options of aftermarket upgraded parts which were higher quality than oem for similar price. My truck has never run better than it has after being worked on by them, and that was 18 months ago. Just finished hauling a 5th wheel 2500k and running great. I totally trust their work and recommendations.

After my first review its been a few years. Needed work and called at 8am on a Monday and took my truck there and had it fixed by 9am. Amazing. I was in the auto parts business for about 25 years and never seen anybody take care of people as well as Shadetree!!!!

Great shop, owners are friendly. We dropped our Honda Generator to be serviced. It was ready to be picked up the very next day. The bill was reasonable. Nice location in Oliver.

We stopped in because we had an issue. Jeff came out right away, had a look and reassured us that everything would be fine. We scheduled an appointment for a complete diagnostic check. Very good person to deal with.

Great service. Our daughter was having some car issues with overheating and her car is older but doesnt have a lot of KMs. We live in Surrey and didn't want her stranded. They looked at her car and it turned out to be a leaking head gasket. This repair involved a lot and we were quoted a very fair price for the job. Our problem was the car wasn't really worth more than the repair. After an honest discussion with the mechanic we decided that she put in some additive and try and drive it back home. If the car would not have made it I would not have blamed the shop because we took the risk. Needless to say she made it home safely. It is very reassuring to be in a different town and away from your own mechnic, who you trust, and find someone just as trustworthy. I highly recommend Shadetree Repairs Dave and his wife are wonderful people who give you honest, fair, reliable service. I highly recommend and wish there were more people like them around.

Price markup on parts was very high (up to 5 times retail and 3 times their cost), so I brought my own. They then charged an extra $100 for labour above their quote because they didn't get the chance to make profit on the parts (I still saved $300 by buying the parts from Napa).
